So you fell off AGAIN ....

I'm probably going to ruffle some feathers here but I firmly believe that falling off is normal.... Sometimes we as a people forget that we are human. Perfection should never be the goal, the BEST mindset in fitness the "get a little better with each day" mentality, the "One Day @ a Time" mentality. What sets the winners and losers apart from each other is the precise action that takes place after we have admitted to "falling off".. The losers? Well, they go to the grave with the "should've, would've, could've" excuse. The disappointment became so big that it defined their lives and they never recovered. Now, the Winners? The moment they realize that they aren't reaching their full potential, instead of just accepting it; they do something about it! They decide that it's bigger than them, it becomes personal! I'll use myself for example...

You can't make excuses on this journey. It is always going to be You vs You. Don't compare yourself to others because this journey is yours and ONLY yours. Also don't be so quick to put yourself down, be proud of yourself! Take some rest days, take some mental breaks! Sometimes a rest week is needed! Falling off is apart of the process but picking yourself back up and getting back to the grind is what will get you to the level of success that you want!
